Professional assembly is included free of charge with delivery within the UAE. You do not need to arrange a separate installer.

Our team will contact you to coordinate delivery and assembly. Please prepare a solid, level base and clear access to the installation area before delivery. Base preparation remains the customer’s responsibility.

Assembly time depends on size and experience, but generally:

• Standard 2.4m x 2.4m unit: 1 day
  
• Larger extended models: 1–2 days

You will need a level and solid foundation such as:

Standard delivery is generally 3-5 business days from order confirmation, subject to the delivery conditions stated on our Shipping & Returns page. Our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

10-year limited Domer warranty — parts only

Domer sheds are covered against defects in materials and manufacturing for 10 years from the date of delivery.

What is covered

For an approved claim, Domer will repair or replace the defective parts on a parts-only basis.

What is not included

Warranty cover does not include transport or delivery charges, site visits, or labour for dismantling, removal, installation or reassembly.

Exclusions

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic fading.
• Damage caused by misuse or unauthorised alterations.
• Damage caused by an inadequate customer-prepared base.
• Storm or flood damage.

How to make a claim

Email shop@domer.co with your order number, clear photographs of the affected parts and a description of the issue. Domer will assess the claim and advise on the next steps.

Initial delivery and assembly

The parts-only warranty does not change our offer of free initial delivery and professional assembly within the UAE. A solid, level base remains the customer's responsibility.

Nothing in this limited warranty excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
