Delivery Method
All garden sheds are delivered as flat-packed kits (7 boxes) to ensure safe transportation and easy handling.
Each delivery includes:
- Clearly labeled shed components
- All required fixings and hardware
Our packaging is designed to protect materials and simplify on-site assembly.
Delivery Timeframes

Delivery Requirements
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please make sure:
- The delivery location is accessible for standard delivery vehicles
- Someone is available to receive the order on the scheduled delivery date
- Any access restrictions (gated communities, time windows, narrow access roads) are shared with us ahead of time
If access is limited, let us know, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
Assembly
Professional assembly is included free of charge with delivery within the UAE.
Our team will contact you to coordinate delivery and assembly. Please prepare a solid, level base and clear access to the installation area before delivery. Base preparation remains the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Cancellations
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched
- To cancel, please contact our support team as soon as possible
Returns Eligibility
Due to the size and nature of our garden sheds:
- Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened items in their original packaging
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Walk in sheds cannot be returned for a change of mind once installation has started or been completed. Damaged, defective or wrongly supplied items are eligible for a full refund, subject to confirmation of the issue. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- With missing components
- Incorrect items
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part
- Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
