Trade in your old garden shed and receive AED 1,000 back when you purchase a new DOMER Shed.

Purchase your new DOMER Shed

Customers must first purchase and pay for their new DOMER Shed through the official DOMER website.

Combine it with our 30% offer

The Trade-In Promotion is cumulative with our current 30% online registration discount. Eligible customers may register through our website and apply the available 30% discount when completing their purchase.

Request the Trade-In

Customers wishing to participate must inform DOMER that they would like to trade in their existing garden shed. This can be indicated:

• In the order notes when placing the online order; or
• By contacting DOMER via WhatsApp after completing the purchase.

Inspection and collection

On the scheduled delivery and installation date of the new DOMER Shed, our team will inspect the existing garden shed and confirm its eligibility for the Trade-In Promotion.

Dismantling and removal included

Once accepted, the DOMER team will dismantle and remove the old shed at no additional charge. By participating in the promotion, the customer agrees that ownership of the old shed transfers to DOMER upon collection.

AED 1,000 refund

Following successful inspection and collection of the old shed, DOMER will process an AED 1,000 refund on the next business day. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Eligibility

The existing shed must be accessible and in a condition that allows it to be safely dismantled and removed by the DOMER team. DOMER reserves the right to decline a trade-in where the shed cannot be safely dismantled, accessed, transported, or otherwise does not qualify for the promotion.

One trade-in per new shed purchased

A maximum of one old garden shed may be traded in against each qualifying new DOMER Shed purchased.

Promotion availability

This promotion is subject to availability and may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn by DOMER at any time. Orders already confirmed under the promotion will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of purchase.

General conditions

The AED 1,000 trade-in value cannot be exchanged for any alternative benefit and applies only after the old shed has been successfully collected by DOMER.
