Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to coordinate delivery and assembly.

Prepare your space

• Base preparation is the customer’s responsibility and must be completed before delivery.
• A solid, level base, such as concrete or a similar hard, stable surface, is required.
• Please allow sufficient space around the installation area and clear access from the delivery point for long or bulky components.
• Tell us about gated-community rules, restricted access or permitted delivery times in advance.
