General information
Store content is provided for general product and purchasing information. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and current, but content may contain inadvertent errors or become outdated. If a dimension, specification, compatibility point or use requirement is important to your purchase, contact us at shop@domer.co before ordering.
Images, colours and dimensions
Product photographs, renders and lifestyle images are illustrative. Colours and finishes may appear differently because of lighting, surroundings and screen settings. Measurements and weights may be approximate and subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Accessories, landscaping, foundations, furniture or other items shown in images are included only when expressly listed in the product description or order confirmation.
Site suitability and preparation
The customer is responsible for confirming that the intended location is suitable and accessible. A solid, level base, such as concrete or a similarly hard and stable surface, is required unless the applicable product instructions expressly state otherwise. The customer must also check boundaries, clearances, drainage, ground conditions, vehicle and component access, and the location of underground or overhead services.
Store content is not architectural, structural, engineering, electrical, planning or legal advice. Before purchase or installation, obtain competent advice where needed and confirm any landlord, community, utility or governmental approval applicable to the site.
Assembly and installation
Domer sheds are supplied as flat-packed kits. Professional assembly is included free of charge with delivery within the UAE. Our team will contact you to coordinate delivery and assembly. Base preparation remains the customer’s responsibility and must be completed before delivery. Follow the instructions, use suitable tools and personal protective equipment, and do not attempt assembly in unsafe conditions. Two people are recommended for safe handling and assembly.
Domer is not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for damage or loss caused by unsuitable foundations, incorrect assembly, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized alterations, unsafe handling or work performed by an independent installer not acting under Domer’s control.
Use and environmental conditions
Use products only for their intended purpose and follow all care, maintenance and safety instructions. Do not assume a product has a particular structural, fire, wind, impact, insulation, waterproofing, security or regulatory rating unless that rating is expressly stated in the applicable product documentation. Secure the product and keep doors, panels and components properly maintained. Stop using the product and contact us if damage may affect safe use.

Products, options, prices and availability may change. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; Domer does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
No exclusion of mandatory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from reliance on general Store content, misuse, unsuitable site conditions or incorrect assembly. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
