Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of shop.domer.co (the "Store") and purchases made from Domer Plastic Industries LLC ("Domer", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

1. Store operator

The Store is operated by Domer Plastic Industries LLC, Dubai Industrial City, M13 Phase 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can contact us at shop@domer.co.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order. You must provide accurate, complete and current information. You may not misuse the Store, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it unlawfully, or use it for fraudulent or illegal activity.

3. Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, dimensions, colours, images, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances and product updates may cause reasonable differences in colour or appearance. Please review the relevant product page, assembly information and delivery requirements before ordering, and contact us if a specification is important to your intended use.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if, for example, a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be authorized, fraud is suspected, delivery is not reasonably possible, or a pricing or description error is identified. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Store. Applicable taxes, discounts and any separately agreed services will be shown at checkout or in the order confirmation where relevant. Payment must be made using an available checkout method. You authorize the applicable payment provider to process the amount shown for your order.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. Our current standard delivery offer is free delivery and assembly within the UAE. Any optional service or exceptional access requirement will be discussed and agreed separately before fulfilment.

Standard delivery is generally estimated at 3-5 business days from order confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. Timing may be affected by location, configuration, availability, access restrictions, public holidays and events outside our reasonable control. We will contact you to arrange delivery. You must provide an accurate address, disclose access restrictions and ensure that someone is available to receive the order.

7. Inspection and risk

Please inspect the delivery promptly. If items are damaged, missing or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs so that we can investigate and resolve the issue. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery, subject to your rights under applicable law.

8. Assembly, installation and site preparation

Our sheds are supplied as flat-packed kits. Professional assembly is included free of charge with delivery within the UAE. Our team will contact you to coordinate delivery and assembly. Base preparation remains the customer’s responsibility and must be completed before delivery.

You are responsible for ensuring suitable access and a solid, level base, such as concrete or a similarly hard and stable surface, before delivery or installation. Follow all instructions and safety guidance. Two people are recommended for assembly. You are also responsible for checking site suitability, boundaries, underground or overhead services, and any landlord, community or governmental permission required for your location.

9. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our cancellation, return and refund rules are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please contact us before sending any item back.

10. Warranties

Any product warranty applies only if it is expressly stated in writing for the relevant product. Except for express warranties and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, products and Store content are provided without additional implied promises. Improper transport, storage, site preparation, assembly, modification, misuse, neglect or failure to follow instructions may affect warranty coverage to the extent permitted by law.

11. Intellectual property

The Store and its text, images, graphics, logos, product names, designs, videos and other content are owned by or licensed to Domer and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Store for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

12. Third-party services and links

The Store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify and payment, delivery or social-media services. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control. Their terms and policies may apply separately.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from misuse, unsuitable site conditions, unauthorized modification, incorrect assembly, failure to follow instructions, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable consumer rights.

14. Changes and availability

We may update the Store, products, prices and these Terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively from the date posted and do not alter an already accepted order unless agreed or required by law. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the Store where reasonably necessary.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or right provided by applicable law.
