Delivery Locations

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.

Deliveries outside the UAE will be available soon.

We’re actively working on expanding our delivery regions. Stay tuned for updates.

Delivery Method

All garden sheds are delivered as flat-packed kits (7 boxes) to ensure safe transportation and easy handling.

Each delivery includes:

• Clearly labeled shed components
  
• All required fixings and hardware
  
• Step-by-step assembly instructions
  

Our packaging is designed to protect materials and simplify on-site assembly.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard delivery: 5–10 business days from order confirmation
  
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
  
  - Your location within the UAE
  
  - Product configuration or customization
  
  - Public holidays or peak delivery periods
  

Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Delivery Costs

• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
  
• Any additional costs (such as remote area access or special delivery requirements) will be clearly communicated in advance
  

Delivery Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please make sure:

• The delivery location is accessible for standard delivery vehicles
  
• Someone is available to receive the order on the scheduled delivery date
  
• Any access restrictions (gated communities, time windows, narrow access roads) are shared with us ahead of time
  

If access is limited, let us know, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Assembly

Delivery does not include assembly unless explicitly stated.

Our garden sheds are designed for self-assembly, and most installations can be completed using basic tools.

If you need assembly support or recommendations, please contact us before ordering.

Returns & Cancellations

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched
  
• To cancel, please contact our support team as soon as possible
  

Returns Eligibility

Due to the size and nature of our garden sheds:

• Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened items in their original packaging
  
• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.

If your order arrives:

• Damaged
  
• With missing components
  
• Incorrect items
  

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos, so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part
  
• Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
