All garden sheds are delivered as flat-packed kits (7 boxes) to ensure safe transportation and easy handling.

Each delivery includes:

Our packaging is designed to protect materials and simplify on-site assembly.

• Standard delivery: 5–10 business days from order confirmation

💰 Delivery Costs

• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
  
• Any additional costs (such as remote area access or special delivery requirements) will be clearly communicated in advance

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please make sure:

• The delivery location is accessible for standard delivery vehicles
  
• Someone is available to receive the order on the scheduled delivery date
  
• Any access restrictions (gated communities, time windows, narrow access roads) are shared with us ahead of time

🔧 Assembly

Delivery does not include assembly unless explicitly stated.

Our garden sheds are designed for self-assembly, and most installations can be completed using basic tools.

🔄 Returns & Cancellations

✅ Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched
  
• To cancel, please contact our support team as soon as possible
  

📦 Returns Eligibility

Due to the size and nature of our garden sheds:

• Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened items in their original packaging
  
• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.

If your order arrives:

• Damaged

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos, so we can resolve the issue quickly.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part
  
• Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

• Full, clear step-by-step assembly instructions are included inside the package
  

Most customers complete installation using basic household tools.

• Base preparation is the customer’s responsibility and must be completed before delivery
  
• Please ensure there is sufficient space around the installation area to assemble the shed comfortably
  
• Some components may be long or bulky, so clear access from the delivery point to the installation area is important
  
• Assembly time may vary depending on shed size, configuration, and experience level
